The material stores light and releases a visible afterglow in darkness; it does not contain LEDs, wiring or another powered light source.

How to order

Choose a square production-area option from 8 x 8 to 181 x 181 inches.

Place the order.

After checkout, email info@decords.com with your order number, original artwork or text, final dimensions in inches, vinyl colour and orientation. Clear vector artwork is preferred for logos, lettering and fine shapes. Small details may need to be simplified so they can be cut and installed reliably.

Size and artwork proportions

The selected square option defines the maximum production area, not a requirement that the finished decal be square. Final width and height follow the proportions of the supplied artwork unless exact dimensions are agreed separately. Large designs can be supplied as multiple aligned sections when production or shipping requires it.

How the glow works

Expose the installed decal to daylight or a bright artificial light before viewing it in darkness. Glow intensity and duration depend on the strength and length of the light exposure, room darkness, viewing distance, material age and surrounding light. The effect is normally strongest soon after charging and gradually becomes dimmer.

This product is decorative. It is not an illuminated sign, reflective film, emergency-exit marking, certified safety sign or substitute for powered lighting. Daytime colour and the apparent glow can differ from photographs and screen previews.

Suitable surfaces

Apply to a clean, dry, smooth and fully cured indoor wall, ceiling, glass panel or other compatible sealed surface. Dust, grease, moisture, loose paint and strong texture reduce adhesive contact. Follow the paint manufacturer's full curing period and test a hidden area when the coating is delicate or uncertain.

Application

Clean the surface and allow it to dry completely.

Dry-position the complete design or all sections before removing the backing.

Use level reference marks to confirm the position.

Apply gradually without stretching the vinyl, smoothing from the centre toward the edges.

For lettering or cut shapes, remove the transfer tape slowly after pressing every element firmly.

Two-person installation is recommended for large formats.

What is included

One physical glow-in-the-dark vinyl decal made from the approved artwork, supplied in the selected production area, plus application instructions. Electrical lighting, paint, tools and room accessories are not included.

Care and removal

Clean gently with a soft dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive tools, aggressive chemicals and repeated scrubbing at edges.
